This is “the only award in the U.S. and Canada that recognizes staffing agencies that have proven superior service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients, placed talent and internal employees,” ClearlyRated notes, and as such it is an honor we do not take lightly. Fewer than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada earn the Best of Staffing designation, and it embodies a foundational element of what we do: strive to differentiate ourselves by providing superior service and building long-term relationships, collaborating on creative solutions, delivering top talent and helping every client exceed their unique goals.
On average, according to ClearlyRated, “clients of winning agencies are 60% more likely to be completely satisfied, and candidates who have been placed by winning agencies are 60% more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.” The awards use the Net Promoter Score survey program, which measures client and talent likelihood that they would recommend a business’s services to others, by answering a series of questions with scores on a scale from 1 to 10.
Decades of experience in developing our customized strategy for recruiting and helping place the right talent in the right roles within the right companies—and giving every job candidate an outstanding experience along that journey—helped ECLARO receive a Net Promoter Score of 90% from candidates, which is triple the industry’s average of 30% from 2023.
And the clients with whom that talent has excelled have also spoken, and we thank them! Our goal is placing each and every top candidate in the role in which they will excel and help our clients succeed. For these awards, ECLARO received a Net Promoter Score of 93.8% from clients who took the survey, compared with the industry's average of 36% in 2023. Our clients have supported us in the ClearlyRated surveys since 2019, and this year ClearlyRated has also awarded ECLARO the Best of Staffing Client 5 Year Diamond Award “for providing superior service to their clients for at least five (5) consecutive years.”
