Eclaro acquires a Contact Center Company and an accredited College in the Philippines

New York, NY, Nov. 18, 2013 — Eclaro, a human capital solutions company headquartered in New York with operations throughout the United States, Canada, and the Philippines, has extended its capabilities by acquiring Cosmotec Contact Centre, an ISO-certified business process outsourcing (BPO) firm and Cosmotec College. Both are based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Cosmotec Contact Centre specializes in both voice and non-voice services, and has established itself as a reliable solutions partner for international clients with outbound and inbound contact campaigns in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and other Asian countries.

Eclaro already provides information technology and business process services from its Quezon City facilities.

Cosmotec College grants diplomas in computer programming, computer hardware servicing, English proficiency, and call center operations.

Cosmotec College also offers certification programs in related fields, as well as college degrees in English and Communication Arts. College faculty have the knowledge and capability to create learning programs that meet the unique needs of Eclaro’s clients.

Cosmotec Contact Center and Cosmotec College will be rebranded Eclaro Contact Solutions and Eclaro Academy, respectively, effective immediately.
